Ongoing Oversight

Oversight that helps support long-term consistency.

Risk-based testing

Choose the right GFFP pathway

GFFP offers three pathways, depending on what you want to certify.
Each one is designed to fit a different type of business or guest environment.

GF Certified

This pathway is for packaged foods, ingredients, and manufactured product lines that need gluten-free certification tied to defined requirements and verification.

Gluten threshold: ≤5 ppm.

GF Approved

This pathway is for restaurants, bakeries, cafés, caterers, and commercial kitchens that want to strengthen gluten-free controls and give guests added confidence.

Gluten threshold: ≤20 ppm. Lower gluten levels supported where achievable.

GF Destination

This pathway is for hotels, resorts, and destination-style properties that want to support gluten-free dining and guest experience across a broader hospitality setting.

Gluten threshold: ≤20 ppm. Lower gluten levels supported where achievable.

Foodservice and destination certification paths also include GF‑Smart™ training, giving key staff GF‑Smart™ Trained Food Handler status for three years.

We’ve always sourced the highest-quality ingredients for our granolas, so choosing GFFP’s ≤5 ppm Gold Standard was an easy call. It’s the only certification that matches the level of care we put into every batch.
