1. Gluten Content Compliance
Manufactured Products: All products certified by GFFP must comply with our gluten content requirement of 5 parts per million (ppm) or undetectable levels.
Food Service Establishments: All food service establishments must maintain compliance with the legal gluten-free classification requirement of 20 ppm or lower.
2. Operational Responsibility
GFFP is not responsible for the daily operational processes or internal practices of certified companies. It is solely the customer’s responsibility to ensure ongoing compliance with these standards.
3. Program License Agreement
Before certification is granted, customers are required to sign the GFFP Program License Agreement. Certification will not be issued until the agreement has been fully executed.
4. Payments
5. Shipping. All certification documents and information will be transmitted by Email. Applicable marketing material will be mailed.
All payments made to GFFP are non-refundable unless both parties agree in writing to a refund.
5. Termination or Revocation of Certification
GFFP reserves the right to suspend, revoke, or terminate certification if the customer fails to comply with GFFP standards, legal requirements, or the terms of the Program License Agreement. Certification may also be revoked if the customer misrepresents their compliance with gluten content or engages in practices that undermine the integrity of the certification program.
